Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
